¿When and how did you start swimming
I started when I was 6 years old.  My parents signed me up for a swimming course in Claror Sports Club. There, they believed I had qualities and they brought me to a level test in Catalunya Swimming Club where I was granted and I spent more than 10 years of my sporting life.
Where do you train now? In which condition? Tell us about your staff.
I train with the absolute team of Sant Andreu under Jordi Jou orders in the Swimming Club Sant Andreu facilities (Barcelona).

There seems to be a great atmosphere in the CNSA . Tell us how the training group works.

We are a very cohesive group , we have a lot of enthusiasm to achieve our goals and try to help each other . Most of us train at the Club , we spent many hours together, and apart from being training partners we’re also friends. Furthermore, when we compete, part of the group who trains in the CAR facilities  (The high Performance Centre) is added and they also contribute.
How many kilometres can you swim in a week?
To tell the truth, I do not usually count the km, but if I remember correctly the more I’ve done is 70km.
What is your main objective this season?
I’d like to be in the final of the European Absolute, which takes place this August in Berlin.
Where do you think you can still improve ?
I have much room for improvement in many aspects, physical (aerobic , strength, etc. ..) , and technical.
What is your best sports memories ?
I have many, but if I had to keep one I’d take the prerace before the semifinals at the World Championship in Barcelona.
How do you explain the current positive dynamic in Spanish women’s team?
To see each other achieving our goals makes us feel full of confidence and hope. We believe in our chances .
How do you use Recuperat-ion Hydrasport? How does it help you in your daily routine?
Hydration is very important for athletes. Swimmers, despite appearances, lose many mineral salts during the trainning sessions, but in the water you don’t feel heat so the feeling of thirst is lower. With Recuperat-ion I found a drink to take in every workout thanks to its taste : not overbearing and not too tasteless. In every workout I usually drink a 750ml bottle.
What flavor do you prefer?
I like all three, but if I had to pick one, I’d take the orange.
Outside of the pool, what are you interested in?
I like science, especially biology.
I also like to listen to music and meet friends.

What is the last book you read? Last movie?
My last book was “The 100-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared”
” and my last movie  “Walter Mity life.”
