Recuperat-ion accepts returns in the following cases:

- delivery problems, unless the reason it's a mistake on the delivery address provided by the customer.

- damaged product 

- Mistake on the preparation of the order. 

Recuperat-ion does not accept any returns in case the delivery and product status is correct.

After receiving the product, if you observe transport damages, or if the item is defective, or observe an error with the order, you must notify within 4 business days of receipt of your order. Please send us a picture. It will help us.

If you observe visible damages caused by transport, please do not sign the receipt but make an immediate claim on the carrier’s delivery note. In this case, it is very effective to take a picture of the damaged package received and attach it as proof of damage.

Recuperat -ion , will answer your request for return by e- mail , and if your return request is accepted will be forwarded back the goods for free or your order refund as agreed in the conversation by e- mail .

the full amount of the purchase is returned to the client , deducting the costs incurred in sending (albeit a shipment with reduced or free postage for customer freight , actual costs incurred had the expedition would be discounted ) , also the customer will be in charge of the cost of returning the purchased product . Sometimes , as agreed by e- mail the physical return of the product to return will be not necessary.  

The refund will be effective within 15 days of acceptance of the return .
