Shipment

• FREE SHIPPING to the Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands on orders over 25 € and to Ceuta and Melilla on orders over 60 €.
• For orders below this amount, the shipping costs will be: 5 € to Peninsula, 7 € to Balearic and Canary Islands and 15 € to Ceuta and Melilla.

Shipments to Europe

Deliveries to the European Union are made by UPS. The average delivery time is 5 working days, once the order's departure has been confirmed.

• Orders of less than 100 €: Shipping costs of 9,95 €.
• Orders over 100 €: FREE shipping costs.

The additional costs originated as a consequence of incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses will be paid by the customer, upon previous communication by RECUPERAT-ION.

Shipments to the rest of the world

Shipments to the rest of the world are sent by Certified Mail. The delivery time varies depending on the country of destination and the dates, since the Spanish National Post Office does not guarantee a transit time, the average is approximately 10-15 days, however the Spanish National Post Office has a maximum delivery time of up to 5 weeks. In the prices of shipments outside the European Union, importation tariffs or custom's duties, if any, are not included.

• Orders over 100 €: FREE shipping costs.
