When fluids are lost, drinking water alone is not always enough. Recuperation SRO allows you to prepare an oral rehydration solution with glucose and electrolytes to help replace what your body loses.

Its formula is low in sodium according to WHO criteria and includes Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) extract, with more than 50% polysaccharides.

What does each sachet contain?

1. Essential electrolytes: sodium, potassium and chloride.
2. Glucose to complete the oral rehydration solution.
3. Reishi extract.
4. A convenient, easy-to-prepare single-dose format.

• Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a large glass of water, approximately 200 ml.
• The prepared solution can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
• Take 1 to 4 sachets per day, as needed.
• Children aged 1 year and over: 1 to 2 sachets per day.
• Adults: 2 to 4 sachets per day.

• People with diabetes should take into account the product’s sugar content.

Recuperation SRO is suitable for children aged 1 year and over and adults in situations involving a loss of fluids and mineral salts.

• In case of temporary mild to moderate diarrhoea: dissolve one sachet in 200 ml of water and drink slowly. It can be used after each loose bowel movement.
• In case of vomiting: wait around 20 minutes before starting to drink the solution. Begin with small, spaced sips and gradually increase the frequency if tolerated well.
• In hot weather or during intense sweating: drink the solution slowly to support fluid and electrolyte intake.
• To keep at home or take when travelling: individual sachets make it easy to prepare whenever you need it.
