Recuperat-ion accepts returns for the following reasons:
– Shipping incidents, unless there was an error in the customer’s shipping address information.
– Defective or damaged merchandise. This must be reported by email within 4 business days of receiving the order, providing photos of the product’s condition.
– Preparation errors. You must notify us by email within 4 business days of receiving the order, providing photos of the product’s condition.
– Withdrawal. You have 14 days to withdraw and return the product from the day after receiving the merchandise. To exercise this right, you must complete and submit the form available at the following link.
On the other hand, Recuperat-ion does not accept returns of orders that have no impact on either the shipping or the condition of the product.

Explaining the reasons for the return.
If you notice visible damage caused by transport, never sign the merchandise as compliant, but instead file an immediate claim by writing on the carrier’s delivery note. In the latter case, it is very effective to take a photograph of the package received damaged during shipping and attach it as proof.
Recuperat-ion will respond to your return request by email, and if your return request is accepted, the merchandise will be reshipped free of charge or the order will be refunded as agreed in the email conversation.
The customer will be refunded the full purchase amount, less the shipping costs (even if the shipping cost is reduced or free for the customer, the actual shipping costs will be deducted). The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping costs of the purchased product. Occasionally, as agreed by email, physical return of the product may not be necessary.
The refund will be processed within 15 days of acceptance.
