Directions for use:Dissolve the contents of one stick in a glass of water or pour it directly into the mouth. Take 2 sticks per day, with a 12-hour interval between each dose.

• Adults and children from 12 years of age: 2 sticks per day.
• Children from 1 to 11 years of age: 1 stick per day, always dissolved in water.
